Definition of the Office of Citizens Affairs in the College of Science
The Office of Citizens Affairs adopts the principle of cooperation between all citizens and all scientific departments and centers in order to complete the transactions and to reduce the difficulties that may face the citizen during his review.
The most important work of the Office of Citizens Affairs:
1 – Direct supervision of the organization of interviews for the Dean.
2 – listening to the citizens complains and directing them to the entities that belong to their applications
3 – Receiving all applications directed to the Dean of the college of Science and presented to him for an opinion.
4 – Receiving citizens’ applications by e-mail to the Office of Citizens Affairs below: email@example.com
5 – Contacting with scientific and administrative departments and centers in relation to the request or opinion statement thereon.
6 – Contact with the citizen about the action taken in connection with his request or complaint by e – mail, phone or direct review.
- Consideration of citizens’ proposals concerning the work of the college of Science.
Objectives of the Office of Citizens Affairs:
1 – The facade of the College of Science.

3 – Direct and continuous contact with all relevant authorities with respect to applications.

The Mechanism of application submission can be made by one of the following methods:
A – Direct submission: – By filling out the application form for the requests and interviews and according to the applicant, either in (Office of the Dean or your scientific department).
B – The website: – By entering the electronic form via the icon of complains and proposals icon in through the website of the College of Science, taking into account the following:
1 – Write the full name, e – mail address, address, telephone number, work place or scientific department.
2 – Write the request clearly and specifically taking into account the subject of request and its address to enable us to answer otherwise the request is ignored without the information requested above.
